Josiah exudes pure joy when I first see him in the morning. I go into his dark room to prepare his medications and I check his monitor. Usually it's in the mid 60s which tells me that he is likely awake. I often hear a rustling now in the crib and I take my iPod with its flashlight over to look at Josiah. I am greeted with smiles that say, "You found me!" It's almost as if he's playing a trick on me by being quiet until I come and find him.
Josiah enjoyed his walk in the stroller this morning and then ate a good lunch. Isaac and I went over to my parent's home for a little visit. Isaac had a good time with his volunteer this afternoon.
At dinner time we heard very loud hail or ice pellets coming down. It covered our lawn but it didn't last too long.
One of our nurse practitioners at SickKids emailed me to say that she'll check the MRI on Tuesday to see how many pulmonary veins Josiah has.
I don't have good photos from today so these are ones from last week when the sun was shining. I heard it's supposed to be a great weekend weatherwise.
I'm tired so I'll say goodnight. Thanks for all your prayers!
Blessings,
Elizabeth
Psalm 23:4
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil,
for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. (NIV)
