Happy Mother's Day!

Josiah likes his daddy's beard
Happy Mother's Day!

This will be brief as I need to give Josiah his meds and then head to bed.  It's been a good but long day.  Josiah gets upset quite easily and he seems harder to console.  However, he went to sleep shortly after 8:00 PM so that was nice.  He coughed less today and I gave less ventolin. Graham and Isaac were able to get to church this morning and I read a lot so that was a nice change.

It will be a busy day tomorrow as the dietician will come shortly after 8:00 AM followed by the OT and speech and language pathologist.  We then need to go to the local hospital so they can take Josiah's blood to test his enoxaparin level since we increased his dosage last week.  We also have to stop at the paediatrician's office to pick up some paperwork.

Thank you so much for all your prayers!

Blessings,

Elizabeth

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

Hello Elizabeth, Graham, Isaac and 13 month old Josiah.
Josiah it is good to see you sitting in the grown up armchair again in yesterday‘s photograph. When I first saw you in the armchair on Monday 29th April’s photograph, I prayed that you would grow up to be a healthy man of God in Jesus’ name.

And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children. Isaiah 54 v 13.

Today's photograph of Josiah with his sensitive little fingers feeling his daddy's beard is endearing, as was the photograph of Isaac with his daddy on Friday.

Glad you had a pleasant day yesterday Elizabeth on Mothering Sunday. In the United Kingdom Mothering Sunday is 3 weeks before Easter.

Josiah's chest becomes clear in Jesus our Saviour's name and Josiah will become content again as he gets better and better. May you all have a fulfilled and rewarding day with your busy schedule and have renewed strength and God's protection and reassurance that all will be well in Jesus' name.
Good safe sleep at night and rejuvenation each morning to you all in Jesus' name.

Much love and prayers from your Auntie Julia.
