I didn't sleep well last night. The oxygen concentrator was down the hall so the room was not too hot or noisy but that meant that I could hear Josiah breathe and I don't enjoy listening to Josiah breathe as it's often a different sound than normal breathing (though I am incredibly happy that he can breathe).
It's nice to have Graham back. He just went back to our home to pick up a few items including some oxygen tanks. We're heading to Listowel tomorrow for the day to spend time with Graham's side of the family including his brother and sister-in-law from B.C. It will be great to see them. This is the farthest we've taken Josiah since last July so hopefully all will go well.
Josiah had a pretty good day but I think he missed going outside. It was quite chilly today and we also didn't have all of his outside attire so he stayed indoors.
The visiting nurse came and she heard a little congestion on his lower left lobe but she thought he sounded a lot better than last week when she visited. Praise God for that! He still usually coughs in the morning but he also coughed some during the night last night. I want the cough gone.
Josiah has been sticking his tongue out the last couple of days - a new trick for him. This afternoon I watched him sitting in the Bumbo seat turning the pages of a board book. I wish I'd had the camera.
Isaac and I had a Mommy son date today. More on that tomorrow.
I need to say goodnight. Thanks so much for your prayers! I hope to sleep better tonight. I found out that we can't use our shower until Monday so we'll stay here tomorrow night as well and then return to our home Sunday afternoon. We like to shower.
Blessings,
Elizabeth
Psalm 23
1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,[a]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
3 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.
4 Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,[a]
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
P.S. No photos were taken again today. Graham is picking up the camera from home so we should have some tomorrow.
Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable. Psalm 145:3

Which doeth great things and unsearchable; marvellous things without number:
Job 5 verses 8 & 9.
The LORD thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in His love; He will joy over thee with singing.
Zephaniah 3:17
The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
Psalm 121 v 8.
Greetings Elizabeth and Graham,
Praying to our Heavenly Father that you will have a wonderful family reunion today in Listowel, and that the travelling will go smoothly. Isaac and Josiah will be delightful as they interact with everyone. Josiah’s lungs continue to become healthy and clear and as he listens to the singing of God’s praise at Church tomorrow may we believe that he will be able to join in one Sunday in Jesus our Saviour’s precious name. Thank you God.
Love from your auntie Julia.
